"If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change." - Wayne Dyer

Who’s really behind the steering wheel driving your results? For you, your team and for your family. What’s really behind the very thing that has the greatest influence on the results you produce in the world and the experience you generate?

Coach Nick and the Dudes of Disruption explore the relationship between your underlying assumptions (your subconscious beliefs) and how you interact and relate to everything and everyone in the world. Also, they examine how your underlying assumptions impacts your and your teams (and family) level of engagement which ultimately drives the results that are being produced.

It’s time to disrupt & take all the mystery and significance away from this very important conversation – time to get freed up around sex.

Please join the disruption and learn how to get fulfilled around sex so that you can tie that fulfillment and ways that work in the bedroom to other parts of your life – yes, the show makes the distinction that when you are fulfilled in your sex life, it impacts your life everywhere else.

“All you need is faith, trust and a little pixie dust” - Peter Pan

The Dudes of Disruption show explores the role “Trust” plays in our lives and in the results we generate everywhere in our lives. Where does Trust begin? Who should you Trust first? What’s possible when you operate from a Trusting paradigm?

Coach Nick and the Dudes make the case that having a high level of trust is a game changer in your life – and “Trust” starts with trusting yourself first.

“Nothing is, unless our thinking makes it so”– Shakespeare

Sam Liebowitz, The Conscious Consultant of Talking Alternative Broadcasting, joins Dudes of Disruption who explore the impact of being focused on “What” you desire & the “Why” behind it versus being so focused on the “How” & the “Doing.”

What’s possible when you disrupt this paradigm around the “doing” and first focus on the “What & Why”? What role does the Law of Attraction play in this conversation? What would be possible if you spent more time at work and at home imagining, visualizing, getting connected to what feels good and declaring bold commitments?

You are what you think, feel and discuss…

Respect is like air: if you take it away, it's all people can think about. ~Kerry Patterson - Author, Crucial Conversations

So, what is a respectful team culture and relationship, why is it so important, how do you go about creating respectful cultures at home and at work, and how do you keep them healthy and “going” long-term? The answers to these questions are key to your success at home and work, given how team productivity can mean the difference between winning and coming up short on goals or given the difference between healthy and dysfunctional families.

Meredith Haberfeld of Think Human and Leadership Development consultant Nikki Cannon join the disruption to begin defining what a respectful experience is like and explore ways to create respectful workplace cultures, experiences and interactions. Respect is the game changer everywhere – at home and at work with your team.

When you are someone who over commits or who has a challenge to saying no or renegotiating their priorities then you run the risk of not really being committed to anything at all – and there’s a cost for over-extending as it relates to your health, to the condition of your relationships and the results you produce.

The disruption is to pay attention to the commitments we make and to whom we say yes to and the reasons we make or continue to make those commitments. The disruption is to take the opportunity to see if we are saying YES to a commitment because of a disempowering reason or because of some disempowering story we have about ourselves. And Coach Nick and the Dudes of Disruption offer strategies to shift the conversation so you are committing to things that matter most and for the right reasons.

People and teams give significance to the most interesting things – sometimes we give meaning to things that are not necessary or all that meaningful in the big picture of life - Things like a sports game (game 7 of a playoff series), or TV shows (what the main character will say in an upcoming episode), or when making a big deal about the newest iPhone that’s coming out, etc. Yet we don’t always seem to take that same time and energy to give meaning to things that give our life more value - that give our life the real juice – the things that actually live in our reality.

Coach Nick and the Dudes of Disruption disrupt how we relate to acknowledging achievements and to look for more opportunities to celebrate – large or small - rather than taking things for granted – rather than living one moment to another without ever “smelling the roses” – after all, what you focus on expands. The disruptors emphasize the importance of creating a habit out of celebrating everything all the time.

As part of the celebration, the Dudes of Disruption show celebrates its two year anniversary – the original creators of the show, Gregory Nesmith and Tommy Spero join the disruption.
